Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the system with a tracking number.
Check the status and track your shipment.

Additional Information

• Monday through Friday, we process orders (excluding holidays).
• If you place your order after the cutoff times, it will be processed and shipped the following business day.
• On Sundays and holidays, we do not deliver.
• Our policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.
• We will pay the duty on all orders. Additional taxes may apply depending on local laws.
