Delivery time

Purchased items may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive (sometimes even longer depending on availability after they have been processed, which may take 2-4 business days). Please bear in mind that our store will do everything necessary to make delivery as quick and easy as feasible.

  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

We’ll cover duty costs on all orders. Additional taxes may apply according to local legislation.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Order tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
  • Check the status and track your shipment.

Refund & Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send your product(s) back to the (Sender) manufacturer address.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return label and address.
  • If a refund is applicable, we will process it promptly. However, please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
      If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

      • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
      • If you did not receive your product within 60 days you will get a full refund of your purchase.

      Return to sender parcels

      If your products are returned to us by the postal service because you haven’t taken delivery, we will contact you to let you know. If the product has been returned to us as a result of our error, we will resend it to you by standard post for no extra charge.

      Starphase cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by customers or for cases where delivery fails due to no one being present at the address. In such situations, you will need to place a new order with the correct details. Thank you for your understanding.


      Order cancellation

      You can cancel within 30 minutes of purchase. 

      Please note that we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.

      Refunds

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Exchanges

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@strphase.com

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
